Our website includes an interactive therapist-matching tool provided through Tally. This tool allows visitors to review options and receive information that may help identify an MCS provider who could be a potential fit.

The therapist-matching tool is intended to assist with provider selection and is not our clinical intake, electronic health record, or client portal. We do not use selections made within the therapist-matching tool for advertising purposes.

Actual appointment scheduling, intake paperwork, and client portal services are provided through SimplePractice, our electronic health record and client portal platform. Information submitted through SimplePractice is handled separately from our public website analytics and is subject to applicable privacy and security protections.

Please do not submit confidential clinical or emergency information through general website functions when a secure client portal or other appropriate method is available.

We use third-party service providers to support website hosting, analytics, advertising, therapist matching, and scheduling. These providers may process information in connection with providing their services, subject to their respective privacy practices and our applicable agreements and configurations.

MCS Counseling Center does not sell protected health information.

Visiting our public website does not by itself establish a therapist-client relationship.
