About the Group
Live Out Loud is a weekly group for teens ages 14–17 that blends conversation, creative activities, and skill-building in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Teens don’t have to figure everything out alone. This group helps them feel seen, heard, and more confident connecting with others.

This Group May Be a Good Fit If Your Teen Is:
Struggling with anxiety or constant worry
Having difficulty with friendships or social situations

Navigating life changes (school, family, identity)
Managing ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or feeling “different” from peers
Feeling isolated or misunderstood
How the Group Works
Ages: 14–17
Format: Weekly, 1.5 hour, in-person, open group (new participants may join anytime)
Commitment: 4 sessions (1 month) to start
Screening: Group screening session required before joining
When: Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30 pm
Location: Our office at 7545 Centurion Parkway, Suite 106, Jacksonville, FL 32258
👉 Additional groups may be added for younger teens based on interest

The first step is to schedule a $45 group screening session, which is required before joining.

Insurance accepted: Aetna and Florida Blue (BCBS)

About the Group Facilitator
Jack Davis, MS, RMHCI specializes in working with teens navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. He has experience providing individual and group counseling in school, hospital, and community settings, including the St. Johns County School District, Baptist Health/Wolfson Children’s Hospital, and the Youth Crisis Center.
His work has included supporting teens with anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and those who are neurodivergent, as well as facilitating groups focused on building confidence, communication, and connection. His approach is supportive, engaging, and focused on helping teens feel comfortable being themselves while developing real-life social skills.
